Our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased from Numo Crystals.

Thank you for shopping at Numo Crystals. We strive to provide the highest quality, handpicked, authentic healing crystals, and numerology services to enhance your well-being. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand sometimes things don't work out as expected and we're here to help make your experience as smooth as possible. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Due to the natural variations in crystals, they may have developed cracks, inclusions, slight differences in color, size, and shape, are a part of their unique beauty and natural characteristics. These are not imperfections; no two stones/beads/items will be exactly look alike and may not be considered grounds for a return.

We recommend checking your wrist size while placing order for crystals bracelet. Utmost care is taken in making free sizes usually to meet the customer demand.

Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns on crystals, gemstones, selenite items, or numerology reports, unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Each crystal is carefully selected and charged for specific energies, so we encourage you to carefully choose the products that resonate with you before completing your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for your crystals and their products under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with proper photographs and unboxing video of the same. We will provide an initiative on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will gladly exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Due to the personal and spiritual nature of crystal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for bracelet size changes & later change of mind in selecting the bracelet. Each crystal is carefully selected and charged for specific energies, so we encourage you to carefully choose the products that resonate with you before completing your purchase.

Please be sure to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order, unnecessary returns are not entertained.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return process you must:

  • Contact us via email (numo.crystals@gmail.com) or our contact form within 2 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos & unboxing video (if damaged or defective) of the product

We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, tags/labels, user guide, and with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only provided if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If a return is approved, then the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process after approval.

If your shipment is lost or undelivered by the logistics service (Third Party), you may raise complaint at info@numocrystals.com with proper tracking reference, order details, or WhatsApp to support number: +91 9515672294. After reviewing the situation with the logistics service, if proved that the ordered item was not delivered to you, then you will get full refund.

Numerology Consultations and Services: As mentioned earlier, numerology consultations or personalized services are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchange: If you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer an exchange at no additional cost to you. We will replace the item with a new one of the same type, subject to availability, within 7 days after receiving the item from you.

Process for Exchange: Follow the same process as the return procedure, and once the return item is received, we'll ship the exchange item to you.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized Products: Any customized or personalized items, such as combination crystals or made-to-order products, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Numerology Services: All numerology consultation services, including readings, charts, and reports, are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Initial Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for orders are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled before shipment; once shipped, they are subject to our Returns and Exchange Policy.

For smooth process we recommend cancelling your physical placed order within 2 hours of your purchase and contact us immediately, failing which it will be construed as regular order.

Orders for digital numerology reports or readings cannot be cancelled once work has begun, ensure to enter correct required personal details properly and cross check before submission for consultancy.

8. Exceptions

We strive to accommodate all our customers however, Numo Crystals reserves the right to make exceptions or changes to this policy at any time or in case of extreme circumstances. These changes will be posted on our website at an effective date.
