We currently ship within India as of now. If your location is outside our current shipping zones, please contact us at info@numocrystals.com to explore options.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment and confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For custom or personalized crystal products, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email, message or WhatsApp on mentioned phone number with us.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time may vary depending on location and weather conditions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be available on orders above ₹1,000/-
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order on our website or via the carrier's/logistics service official tracking system.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
- These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the buyer's/customer's responsibility.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Numo Crystals is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In case of emergency if you are unable to collect the delivered item on the available address, and the item has been returned to us by the logistics service, you may contact us at info@numocrystals.com or WhatsApp: +91 9515672294, the same will be shipped again to your address upon paying the shipping cost (upward and downward) to us.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
- Email us at info@numocrystals.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
- We will investigate and offer a resolution (reshipment, store credit, or refund) as appropriate.
